General
What is the dress code?

Do I need my government/military ID?
Yes, you will be required to show your employee government or active military ID or a government purchase card on-site in registration to pick up your badge and event materials.
Can I get a visitor pass, guest pass, one day pass, family pass, etc.?
GSA EXPO is free to all government, active military and state and local employees. Exhibiting vendors are given an appropriate number of passes to staff their booths. All others wishing to attend must purchase an Industry Badge at the price of $750 each that includes access to the training, plenary, lunch and the exhibit floor.
What are the costs associated with attending GSA EXPO?
GSA EXPO is free to all government, active military and state and local employees. You/your agency is responsible for lodging and travel as necessary.
What is the estimated number of attendees?
On average, 3,000 attendees, and 3,000 exhibitors attend GSA Expo.
Registration
I am unable to attend, how do I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration to attend the expo, your request in writing is required. Please go back to your registration confirmation that you received by email and reply back the email stating that you would like to cancel your registration. You will receive a confirmation by email stating that your registration is now cancelled.
How do I obtain a list of registrants?
A current list of Expo 2012 registrants can be found at FOIA Requested Records and Documents.

I registered for this year’s GSA Expo, but I did not receive my badge information in the mail.
We no longer mail badges to EXPO attendees – you can pick up your badge on site at registration in Orlando.

How do I register for training classes?
There is no registration for training classes, all classes are filled on a first come, first served basis on-site.
Can any of the GSA Expo training for acquisition professionals be used to maintain certification for Contracting Officers Representatives?
Yes, as long as the course has a CLP Certified designation, the course can be used as continuing education for COR and COTRs. Check with your agency for specific guidance.
What are QR Codes and how can I make use of this technology?
QR Reader Applications on Government Mobile Devices. You'll need a QR reader application to be able to scan QR codes. For government-owned mobile devices, GSA refers you to your organization's policy on downloading and using free applications on mobile devices.
Installing QR Code Reader. GSA does not endorse or recommend a specific QR code reader. Most mobile devices have an application marketplace, store or world that allows users to search and download free applications. Search "QR" in your device's application marketplace, store or world, and download a QR reader application following the user prompts.

How do I exhibit at GSA EXPO?
During booth sales: Booths are sold on a first come first served basis. Check out the Exhibitor tab for more details.
How do I change the names on our exhibiting badges?
As an approved exhibitor you will be sent an exhibitor online services kit, with in the service kit, you will be able to register your booth staff and edit those names online with in the registration program.

We would like to attend the upcoming expo with one of our partners. I understand that we can pay $750.00 through a partner, how do we do this?
You may purchase an Industry Badge for your partners or visitors. Please check back for updates.
What is the Green Exhibitor program?
New for 2012, all confirmed exhibitors of the expo will be required to complete a Green Exhibitor Scorecard as a condition for exhibiting at the 2012 Training and Expo. Exhibitors that do not complete the Scorecard may not be allowed to exhibit in future Expos. The Scorecard will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors and will be due on or before April 16, 2012. If I register as exhibitor or for an Industry badge can I attend training classes?
Absolutely! You can attend any training you wish. There is also a dedicated vendor training track filled with information for GSA vendors, and those interested in becoming a GSA vendor.
How do I order the scanners to scan attendees name badges for follow-up purposes?
All exhibitors will be emailed the online exhibitor services kit. Within the kit will be forms that you can submit and pay for lead retrieval / scanner equipment that will be available for pick up onsite in San Antonio.
What is the cost to receive an Industry badge?
Registration fee is $750. This includes access to all training classes, the exhibit floor, and daily lunches.
Will I be able to register for an Industry badge on-site?
Yes. Registration will be open on-line until a week before the event. Registration can also be done on site at registration.
If I register for an Industry badge, can I bring a guest?
Registration is for one person only.
We would be interested in any event sponsorships available (i.e. convention totes, water bottles, notepads, pens, refreshments, etc.).
GSA EXPO does not offer sponsorship opportunities
Is there advertising available for a convention flyer or program?
GSA EXPO does not have advertising in the program guide.

Where can I get my CLP Training Certificates?
Go to our Training Tab of the website below and follow the Training Certificate link to access your record and print a copy as needed. http://www.certificateprinting.com/expo
How do I get copies of the training presentations?
Expo training presentations are available on the expo website. Please follow this link http://expo.gsa.gov/training/matrix, hover your mouse on the class you are interested in. You will then see a details button, click the details button and it will take you to another page. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on the presentation file.
How do I get a copy of a training presentation for a class that was CANCELLED at EXPO?
If a class was cancelled at Expo, we will post a link to the class's presentation on the Training page of the Expo website, http://expo.gsa.gov/content/training.
How can I get my training certificate from 2012?
