The fiscal year 2012 per diem rate for San Antonio, Texas, has been established at $106 for the lodging allowance and $66 for meals and incidental expense allowance.

In accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation 301-74.7 and 301-74.8, GSA has evoked the conference lodging allowance for the GSA Training Conference and Expo 2012 in San Antonio, Texas.  The conference lodging allowance is a pre-determined maximum allowance of up to 25 percent greater than the applicable locality lodging of the per diem rate.  That rate ($132.50) shall be allowable for all employees of any agency authorized to attend this conference.  This includes all federal agencies and Department of Defense civilian employees.  Under this reimbursement method, employees will be reimbursed the actual amount incurred for lodging up to the conference lodging allowance of $132.50.
